Overview
Senior Conveyancer to lead and grow the Conveyancing Department, managing clients and a team of conveyancing, bond registration/cancellation secretaries, and paralegals.
Potential for growth... The role will transition into Managing Partner.

- Reduced operational involvement of firm owners.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years post-admission conveyancing experience.
- Proven experience managing a conveyancing team or department.
- High-volume conveyancing environment (in retail, banking, or property development).
- Demonstrable experience in complex transfers, bond registrations and cancellations.
- Property development and P&L responsibility (advantageous but not essential).
