LEGAL SECRETARY/PA | non EE/AA: OTE R180k Per Annum
We service multiple firms and are seeking a Legal Secretary/PA with managerial potential. A successful candidate is required to be:
- Well presented with an excellent command of English both spoken and written, with impeccable grammar;
- Administratively astute;
- Tech savvy and highly computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 1drv;
- Resident within a 10km radius of the Sandton CBD.
Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:
- Legal Practice Management Application;
- WordPress;
- CIPC administration;
- Conveyancing including Ghost Convey ;
- Invoicing, Capturing Creditors & Collections via any of the leading bookkeeping systems including Quickbooks, Xero, Pastel and the like.
- Great growth prospects within the group in the near future for ambitious and capable candidates.
