Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents, contracts, and pleadings with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support senior attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services.
- Participate actively in court proceedings, client meetings, and consultations, gaining hands-on experience.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is thorough and up to date.
Minimum Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, to facilitate clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Right of Appearance: with a demonstrable record of attendance and success in opposed Magistrate’s court applications and Trials.
Location: Must reside within a 10km radius of the Randburg Magistrates Court, ensuring punctuality and accessibility.
Transportation: Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to court, client meetings, and other professional engagements.
